HOW I GOT HERE

Long story short, and we’ll dive in deeper once we start working together :) I began consulting (on the side) right out of college, always dreaming of making it my full-time career. After nearly a decade of hands-on experience with advanced tools and strategies, it was finally time to take the plunge.

Transitioning to full-time, self-starting consulting was scary, exciting, and everything in between. Despite having great support from the people I needed it the most from, the scariest part was not knowing if I was doing the right thing, on the right day, and in the right order. After a few months of hard work, my efforts started to pay off. I found myself with more work than I needed and shifted to delivery and service mode. After about a year, while still growing, I realized I needed to reconfigure my business to target the exact customer and offering I desired. I’m fortunate to report that it has all worked out great.

Beyond my core business offering of a Marketing Advisory, I’ve had the pleasure of helping over a dozen individuals launch their own consulting or fractional businesses, showing them the detailed path I took to help shortcut their journey.

How We'll Work Together

Work at your pace: Ideally, we complete in 12 weeks, but we can work at whatever pace is best for you (faster or slower).
In most cases, we'll meet weekly. When we're outside of a scheduled call, I am available through Slack, email, text, and phone.
Deep dive into all the strategies, software, tools, and techniques I use to run my business.
Access to the same templates and documents that I use. I provide templated versions for you to use and will show you the live versions that I use.
Access to my network where it makes sense. I will provide intro meetings to contacts that can help you on your journey - it could be partners, service providers, or other consultants that are just good to know.
Passed on referrals where it makes sense. I still actively run my Fractional CMO business and can pass on opportunities to you when/if possible.
You'll get plenty of pitch deck practice time. We'll carve out several "real life" intro meeting practice sessions for you to test drive your offering.
Ongoing support is available even after our intensive program concludes.

Absolutely. I never intend to give that side of the business up. This intensive accelerator only takes up a portion of my available time, making it an integrated part of my business model.

This program is designed to be a 1:1 offering. However, if you know someone who would like to go through the program with you, let’s discuss it. I’d be happy to consider it and offer a price break.

During a recommended 12-week program, we will meet at least once per week, sometimes more. There will be an open dialogue over other mediums when we aren't in a live session. Occasionally, we may skip a week due to scheduling. If a week is skipped, we will pause the program to keep on track with the full curriculum.

All sessions are live, conducted either over the phone or via Zoom. Some calls may be better suited for different mediums, so we’ll mix it up as needed. All sessions will be recorded, and I’ll provide the recordings after each meeting.

The duration depends on your pace and goals. Ideally, I recommend 8-12 weeks to allow ample time for processing our conversations and creating solid output. However, if you have the time and prefer a faster pace, we can complete it in one month. It’s really up to you.

Hopefully, we remain in each other’s lives and prosper on this journey together! Should you want to continue the dynamic we just completed, we can maintain the relationship for as long as you need or like.

Yes, I do. When a client doesn’t make sense for me to take on and it aligns with your expertise, I absolutely share the referral. It’s a win-win-win situation.
